Noel U. Aiworo is an Executive Project Management Professional and senior technology leader with 20 years’ experience delivering complex IT transformation, digital, technology and infrastructure programmes across the UK public and private sectors. A University of West London BSc Information Management graduate, he has delivered major programmes for the UK Ministry of Defence, Home Office, Cabinet Office, FCDO, NATS, Centrica PLC and TfL.
His expertise spans digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, data centres, service transition and governance. Noel brings exceptional executive stakeholder management and international experience, supporting African governments in digital transformation, infrastructure modernisation and public-sector reform.
